Future Missionary Retreat

Dates: May 27th - May 30th (Begins with dinner on the 27th)

Location: Quaker Ridge Camp and Conference Center in Woodland Park, Colorado

Cost: Transportation to the retreat. You can be reimbursed for half of your travel expenses by contacting the EFM office.
Transportation Options: Drive your own car, get a ride from Wichita, or fly into Colorado Springs Airport. Contact the EFM office if you need assistance with flight arrangements.
Please Note: Flights should be booked before registering. EFM will provide transportation to the camp from the Colorado Springs Airport. 
 

What to expect at an EFM Future Missionary Retreat:

  • Gather with and get to know other future missionaries and their stories. Worship and learn together.
  • Spend time with mentors, people with missionary experience who are willing to come alongside to provide encouragement, training, and coaching. 
  • Learn about the opportunities EFM has for future missionaries.
  • Meet EFM Directors, EFM missionaries, and others in the Friends Church family who help send missionaries.
  • Lodging and meals are provided by EFM and the EFM donors who want to encourage and support you!

Why participate in these opportunities?  

If you are wanting to explore God's call on your life into missions, the Future Missionary Retreat is an amazing way to do this while building relationships face-to-face with EFM staff, Board, mentors, and others willing to support you in your journey. These relationships are vital as you contemplate long-term service with EFM.

  3. Complete the Inquiry and Getting to Know You forms if requested
