Future Missionary Training Trip

This summer, EFM will be hosting a visit to the "missionary boot camp" East Africa School of Missions in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This will be an opportunity to see the school, learn more about the it, and visit some school graduates in the field as they assess their training content. EFM is looking for future missionaries who would be willing to enroll in the school full-time for the one-year boot camp, which is a January-November schedule. We are excited about the first cohort of Americans, Burundians, and Rwandans (and others?). We believe this will be beneficial training for anyone preparing for missionary service in any location, but especially in the African and Islamic contexts.

We will also visit Ngerengere communities where Burundi Friends and EFM are looking at starting a new mission field. We will then travel to South Sudan with Rawandan missionary candidates to explore further this new mission field.

COSTS: $5.000 (first $1500 due by May 15th, final $3200 due by June 20th)
*Cost may fluctuate based on airfair

REGISTRATION FEE: $300 non-refundable deposit that will go towards your trip costs.

EFM will help you with fundraising advice and resources.
